2. What EdgeOS is (and isn't)

EdgeOS is a sports-betting tracking, analytics, and information tool. We are not a sportsbook. We do not accept, place, or facilitate wagers. Nothing on the Site is a solicitation to gamble.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your plan from your account's billing page. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

Don't scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Site.
Don't upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
Don't attempt to interfere with other users' accounts or data.

6. No warranty; limitation of liability

The Site and all content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, PTSH disclaims all warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create risk for the Site or other users.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
